THE CHALLENGE

Topdanmark wanted to establish an affinity program in collaboration with one of Denmark’s largest retailers, which would offer personal line products to the retailer’s loyal customers. However, after evaluating their current systems, Topdanmark concluded that they could not support a new affinity program. Therefore, they required a system that would allow for quick product setup and provide flexibility to make changes to underwriting rules as needed. The new program would also need to be fully integrated with their existing General Ledger for seamless monitoring and consolidation of financial data.
