We have open positions in Copenhagen, London, and Madrid for passionate Senior Project Managers who share our vision of bringing the power of our insurance cloud platform – IBSuite – to our customers.

In our teams, Project Managers are experienced professionals who work closely with internal and external team members managing and running more complex, enterprise and strategic projects. Our Project Managers are subject matter experts who are actively participating all the way from pre-sales to delivery and handover to Customer Service.


  • Manage large projects including planning, timeline, budget, and scope matching the expectations of the client while always maintaining our top quality standards.
  • Facilitate project requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation planning and manage day-to-day execution of project implementations including analysis, design, build, test, and deployment of IBSuite solution.
  • Develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the solution design including discussion documents and other project artifacts.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to key stakeholders within project management, business, and technology.
  • Manage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff.
  • Collect, formulate, and disseminate best practices on project implementation solution positioning and delivery.
  • Provide feedback to Engagement Directors and Executive Sponsors when necessary.

Key qualifications

For the position as Senior Project Manager, we expect you to possess a formal project management certification like PMP, Prince2 or similar. We expect you to have documented experience in successfully implementing enterprise-scale software solutions.

You should be able to demonstrate project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget, and schedule with teams of up to 10+ people. Further, you should be able to demonstrate a history of delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.

We appreciate experience with Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies and anticipate outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. You should further be able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience and possess strong presentation skills that allow you to effectively communicate a point of view to a variety of audiences.

You should be able to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates. And having knowledge or experience from the P&C segment of insurance is a plus.

Travel will be required.

We are hiring the above profiles across EMEA countries and the successful candidates will be fluent in local languages and have a work permit.
