      Senior Project Managers

      To support IBA delivering best-in-class implementations we are looking for innovative and passionate Project Managers that shares our goal of adding value to our customer and to IBA. We expect project managers to be experience professionals responsible for overseeing the entire set of deliverables. You will work closely with technical and non-technical team members. Managing and running complex strategic both local and global projects. We expect our project managers will be subject matter experts who handle scoping, contracts reviews, and knowledge transfer and not least budget and project financials. You need to have working permission for the working locations.

      Areas of Responsibility – not limited to:

      • Create and manage project plans: monitor and review projects progress and timelines.
      • Adjust schedules and plans as needed.
      • Identify and resolve risks and issues
      • Manage the day-to-day execution
      • Provide communication on the progress
      • Facilitate requirements gathering
      • Project Management, Issue Management and Change Management
      • Facilitate review sessions with the client and the team
      • Manage UAT with end-users including user acceptance sign-off
      • Leverage expertise to drive business process improvements
      • Being able to handle hard conversations on budget, resources and timeline,
      • including capturing and communicating outcome/results to the customer

      Skills:

      • We expect at least 6 years of professional experience as a project manager or programme manager
      • Demonstrated direct project leadership for teams, budget and schedule
      • Demonstrated history of delivering a high-quality result on schedule and within budget
      • Great interpersonal skills, strong communication skills both verbal and written
      • Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates
      • Extensive external consulting experience
      • Ability to lead both small and enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings, mentoring teams and effectively manage client escalations
      • PMP/Prince2 Certification
      • Agile Experience
      • Desired experience from the financial sector or the insurance sector.
