      When IBA engages with clients, whether in greenfield or rip-and-replace implementations with new clients – or in projects with existing clients – the project management team uses a proven Engage-Deliver-Operate (EDO) model, which is supported by processes, tools, and documentation.  The model is constantly being reviewed and improved as IBA grows it’s business and engage in new types of projects.

      WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

      To support project managers in an efficient, correct, and consistent use of the model in daily operation, and to ensure the model’s continued success as IBA continues its growth path, we are looking for a PMO Associate. The PMO Associate will report to the VP of PMO.

      The right candidate has a strong passion for project management and is probably a former project manager who now wants to use her/his experience to help and support other project managers in their daily work.

      The candidate enjoys working in a multicultural environment and will be working with colleagues across Denmark, Spain, England, and Romania.

      MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Coach and train project managers in the IBA delivery method and associated tools
      • Continuously develop the IBA delivery methodology to ensure high quality of projects
      • Develop clear guidelines for Project Managers on what to, how to and when to for
        • Internal reporting
        • External reporting
      • Define together with Head of PMO – clear KPIs to be used for monitoring the progress and health of each project
      • Monitor on a weekly basis that each project manager is fulfilling his/her schedules
      • Analyse all projects, identify all risk and prepare risk mitigation strategies
      • Manage all resources efficiently and assist project managers to resolve resource requests
      • Monitor all financials for projects based on input from project managers
      • Monitor projects and select most cost effective methods of implementation of projects
      • Reinvoke standards for project managers in setting up projects in JIRA
      • Be the go-to person for project managers in their application of methods and tools on a daily basis
      • Set up a schedule for project health checks and execution of the same
      • Efficient and successful coordination of allocation and utilization of resources from SI-partners
      • Correctness of reports and data foundation
      • Contributions to innovation and improvements to PMO and Professional Services tools and methods

      • Quick risk mitigation of all projects
      • Health financials of all projects
      • Strong monitoring of all projects – with transparent customer communication of progress
      • Efficient, correct, and consistent use of the delivery model across projects.
      • All resources are allocated and utilized in accordance with the given priorities
      • Strong relation with all project managers; the associate is seen as a strong support in optimizing overall processes and continuously improving our Project model (EDO) and tools
      • Perceived as a strong problem solver that “makes things happen”
      • Initiated initiatives to improve efficiency in our Project delivery processes
      • Contributed to improvements of IBA´s scaled agile setup in projects

      SALARY

      CANDIDATE

      KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

      • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role from a software supplier or a larger consulting firm
      • Experience with managing resource allocation
      • Strong experience with project and financial reporting
      • Proven experience in working with JIRA for projects and using charts
      • Proven experience of project methods and tools
      • Agile development knowledge is an advantage
      • Preferably experience working with Off-Shore resources
      • Relevant degree of education
