Role Description

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, Senior Solution Designer is a key role in IBA’s customer acquisition process. Although founded in technical capabilities it requires a hybrid set of competencies such as technical architecture and solution design, understanding, articulating and matching client requirements to IBSuite capabilities, as well as presentation skills to demonstrate IBA’s value proposition. Using your experience from the insurance industry and your analytical skills, you distil the business functionality that the prospect client requires, and visualize how IBSuite can address these in efficiently. Increasingly clients require proof-of-concept and rapid prototyping as part of their selection and acquisition process. It is an integral part of the role to design and build by configuration and scripting demo’s, PoCs and prototypes to help close a deal. As a part of a deal team you will be driving the definition and scope of the solution of new clients, rooted in a deep understanding of the IBSuite platform and IBA’s organizational capabilities.

The Senior Solution Designer will collaborate with company-wide resources to ensure that the solution is anchored internally in IBA and handed-over seamless to a delivery team.

Role Description

Using your extensive experience from the insurance industry and your analytical skills, you distil the business functionality that the prospect client requires, and help them settle on the path of execution, to fulfil their vision. You translate and match the client requirements into the value proposition of IBA to help close the deal. As a part of a deal team you will be driving the definition and scope of the solution of new clients, rooted in a deep understanding of the IBSuite platform and IBA’s organizational capabilities.

IBA’s value proposition is centered around enabling innovative, new business models for new and existing industry players. The Insurance Enterprise Architect will be analyzing and designing the business model, insurance product models, channel strategies and the business process architecture in co- creation with the client and your colleagues to help realize the client’s innovation agenda. Leveraging your industry experience and relationship skills you gradually instill trust and confidence that IBSuite as a platform and IBA as a service provider can support client’s in their ambition to be winners in the future insurance market.

Responsibilities

  • Be evangelist and ambassador for IBSuite as a platform and IBA as a service provider
  • Help customers articulate and execute business designs
  • Document and present project artifacts, such as project statement of work and solution descriptions
  • Identify and address customer’s needs and challenges, and identify solutions them
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers of IBA clients
  • Prepare, Design and Facilitate workshop in the Engagement Phase of IBA’s methodology, EDO
  • Anchor and collaborate with delivery teams in articulating and defining the scope of the solution

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of professional experience within insurance business architecture and design and/or product management
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with software implementations of insurance core systems.
  • Solid consulting experience and ability to act as the client’s trusted advisor.
  • Strong executive presence at the C-Suite level; demonstrated ability to seamlessly participate in discussions with business and technical leadership

The Sales & Engagement Director is responsible for maintaining a strategic proactive relationship through all phases of the customer lifecycle with Strategic Enterprise Clients. This role builds and maintains a consultative business relationship with the Client Executive Team, exploring new avenues for business, while acting as the key governing role of the commercial agreements between IBA and the Client.

Additional responsibilities will include communicating and governing delivery of the day-to-day operational aspects of the customer relationship, conduct Governance Steering Committee meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, Pipeline Meetings, Handover meetings, communication of reporting and analysis, driving SLA adherence, working with the IBA Team to manage priorities and expectations, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and to the Client’s satisfaction.

Job description

The Technical Lead (TL) is responsible for all technical aspects for business critical projects in close dialog with the customers. The TL has a strong overview, deep technical competences and ability to advice all stakeholders which secures successful projects for the customers. The typical implementation consist of product configuration, calculations, adaptions, gap developments, scripting, reporting and integrations with external data sources and back-end systems.
